Buyer guide
Buying bacteriostatic water wholesale
What moves the per-vial price, what the minimums are, and the one document to demand before you commit to a supplier.
What actually moves the per-vial price
Three things: order quantity, vial format, and whether you need private label. At Bac Water Co., wholesale prices for stock 10 mL and 30 mL vials are confirmed by quote. Private label runs as a separate quote because it adds printing and packaging variables.
Minimums and logistics
- —250-vial wholesale minimum for stock formats
- —Estimated volume pricing is available in the shop; your exact rate is confirmed by quote
- —Every production lot ships with its Certificate of Analysis
- —Private label and distribution-channel programs quoted individually
How to vet a supplier before committing
Ask for the current lot's Certificate of Analysis before you commit — a serious supplier sends it without friction. You are looking for an independent test panel (sterility per USP <71>, endotoxin, pH, and benzyl alcohol concentration) and lot traceability that matches the vials you receive. If a supplier cannot produce a lot COA, that is the answer.
Formats
Stock formats are 10 mL and 30 mL vials. The 30 mL is the standard for lab supply and distribution channels; the 10 mL suits workflows and pack-outs that favor smaller units.
