All products supplied by Bac Water Co. are sold strictly For Research Use Only. Quotes and orders

Payment terms
New accounts are prepaid by card or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Qualified wholesale and recurring accounts may apply for net terms. All prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise on your quote or invoice.
Shipping and risk of loss
Estimated lead times and shipping methods are provided on your quote. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
Buyer responsibility and compliance
You are solely responsible for the handling, storage, labeling, and lawful use of products after delivery, and for any onward sale or distribution, including under a private label. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and to not represent the products as approved for any human or veterinary use.
Disclaimer of warranties
Products are provided "as is" to the specifications stated on the applicable Certificate of Analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bac Water Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of any order will not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, logos, and product presentation are owned by Bac Water Co. or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bac Water Co. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms from time to time; the date below reflects the latest revision.
