In-stock orders ship within 48 hours. Private-label orders typically require 1-3 weeks after artwork approval; the final schedule is confirmed in your quote.

Yes. We can provide a Certificate of Analysis from a recent production lot so your QA team can review before committing. Just reach out via the contact form or email and we will send one over.

Orders are prepaid by card or bank transfer unless approved net terms apply. Wholesale customers may submit an application for net terms.

Yes. The private-label minimum is 1,000 units per product and label design. You can provide finished artwork or send your brand assets and Bac Water Co. can prepare the label layout. Lead time is typically 1-3 weeks after artwork approval, with the final schedule confirmed in your quote.

Parcel orders ship by UPS or FedEx. Larger case and pallet orders ship by tracked freight. International shipping is available by quote.

We currently offer 10 mL and 30 mL vials. Both sizes contain bacteriostatic water formulated with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative.

Formulated and tested to meet USP-grade standards. Production follows cGMP and USP 797 requirements, documented SOPs, and QC controls. Every lot is independently tested for sterility, endotoxin, pH, and preservative concentration.
