Our minimum wholesale order is 250 vials. For quantities above 100,000 units, contact us directly for custom pricing and dedicated production scheduling.
Standard orders ship within 48 hours of confirmation. Large-volume orders (50,000+ units) may require 5-7 business days for production scheduling. We maintain standing inventory for recurring wholesale partners to minimize lead times.
Yes. We can provide a Certificate of Analysis from a recent production lot so your QA team can review before committing. Just reach out via the contact form or email and we will send one over.
We offer Net-30 terms for qualified wholesale accounts. First orders typically require prepayment or credit card. Once an account is established, we can set up terms based on order volume and frequency.
Yes. We offer private label manufacturing at volume. You provide the label design and branding, we handle production, filling, labeling, and QC. Minimum quantities apply for private label runs.
Orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground by default. Expedited shipping is available. All shipments include lot documentation and are packed to prevent breakage during transit.
We currently offer 10ml and 30ml vials. Both sizes contain USP-grade bacteriostatic water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a preservative. Custom fill volumes may be available for large private label orders.
Our bacteriostatic water is a USP-grade formulation, 0.9% benzyl alcohol in sterile water, produced under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) guidelines for consistent, lab-grade quality. Every lot is independently tested for sterility, endotoxin, pH, and preservative concentration, and ships with a full Certificate of Analysis.
